[Jamming] MX6201 web seize

Hi All

I recently have had a few machines fuser jamming because of toner build up on the exit area. It seems that the web can be fitted backwards at manufacture, causing it to lock up and move away from the roller preventing cleaning.

Anyone else had this??

I had this once also!

Just put it down to faulty web, fitted new kit and away it went no trouble since! is firmware up to date

Thanks for reply, yes firmware up to date, had it on more than one machine!!
