IM-4511/AR-M355 developer units compatible?

Before I make a wasted trip to the customer, I was hoping someone might know if the dv units are interchangeable. Thanks!

Dont waste time. both not compatible.
im-4511 using SHARP AR-M450 dv unit.

yes.arm350 developer unit is compatible with imagistics im4511

I am not sure if it is compatible or not

however just swap out the dv sensor chip and make sure the connector on the back looks the same if it isnt swap it off and it will work. Do this a lot with ARM237 series and ARM450/455's

Heading out to the customer tomorrow with the new dv unit, Ilky. Just want to make sure. I just add new developer and calibrate and then I'm good to go? Thanks again.

fyi, dv unit with part no.CBOX-0125DS51 compatible with
SHARP MODEL: AR-M280, AR-M300, AR-M350, AR-M450
AND OCE IMAGISTIC MODEL:IM3510,IM4510,IM3511,IM4511,IM3512, IM4512

YES.just put new developer and run sim25-02.have a nice day

Hey, Iky,
I find your post very interesting. My case is this: My customer has IM-3512 which is supposed to be the same as Sharp MX-M350N. I bought the DV-unit for the MX-M350N (part #CBOX 0125DS60) and it fits but is NOT recognized by the IM-3512. I still get the message "Insert Developer". What can I do?

Only sharp old model ar-m450/350 dv box unit compatible with oce im3512.
Beware some ar-m450 new dv box unit with doctor blade issue during production year 2010

You are obviously very familiar with the IM-4511, and I am having some trouble with mine. My document feeder pulls in the first document and it jams before the document makes it to the glass. When I pull it out it looks like it has been folded for a hand fan. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Just the usual stuff. Check for a jammed staple, or piece of paper. (Remove the white, metal paper guide covering the upper LED bar and look in there.) Make sure sensors are clean. Feed rollers. Clean clutches.

Thanks! Thaat was it. There was some of that clear gummy adheasive that is sometimes used on papers stuck on it. Works perfectly now.
