[Error Code] Sharp MX-3500N "Fax Memory Full"

Hi - I'm a newbie and this is my first post! Hoping someone out there can help!
No faxes will complete successfully, each time we get the error Memory Full. However, no clue how to clear the memory?
User guides are useless with troubleshooting! Anyone ever have this problem?
Thanks to anyone who has any ideas on how to correct this!

TC 66-10 will clear image memory (# * C * to enter test commands) - be careful though, you could end up disabling machine with wrong entries.
TC 22-10 will tell you the options on the machine - you are looking for Fax Memory AR-MM9.
