hello guys i have a ARM355N at clients site configured for scan to email setup, one day the customer said they could not scan anymore the are getting "OPTIONAL SCANNER NOT INSTALLED" the also said that they got some E7-90 error codes randomly, i havent done any research on this problem yet, but want to get some feedback on what may be the problem, i know that a product key was entered a couple of years for the scanning feature, so i cant understand why it would say all of a sudden there is no scan option available, as a temporary solution, i have the MFP in demo scan, which seem to be working at the moment, thanks in advance.

That is assuming it had the network scaaning installed and it just didn't have demo scan turned on. Contact Sharp through the Product key site and inquire about enabled options on your machine! Be sure to get the info directly from your Sim 22-6 ! They'll get back to you and let you know what options were enable on your machine then go from there!!!!Comment
