    Differences between AR-M455 & MX-M450

We are in a situation where we may purchase an off-lease machine or two to replace some AR-M455 Imagers. I have only seen pictures of the MX-M450 that looks to have replaced the 455. A quick look shows similarities in fuser units, drum, and options such as finishers. Can you tell me differences other than toner? While I'm asking, what replaced the MX-M450? Thanks for any help.

      2) mx-m450 support smb scan to folder
      3)faster processor: mx-m450 using 466mhz 64bit and ar-m455 using 300mhz 64 bit
4)ar-m455 with iee 1284 printer port but mx-m450 without

fusing assembly (actually the frame itself) is different. Same parts to rebuild though.

Replaced by the MXM453. If you are buying I would get the newer model but both are pretty reliable.

          Good luck.

Thanks for all of the input. It would be nice to catch up to the MX-M453 and that series but the older machines are in our customer's price range. Also, we are no longer a Sharp dealer (due to lack of sales) so we only have access to dealer pricing on parts for the older machines. Since I see so few machines, the older machines with a history of common failures makes life easier as well.
