Sharp MX-3501 vertical stripe black only

Hi!

MX-3501 makes a blurry vertical stripe at the end of the paper (scan of test-print attached). approx 2 cm from the end.
New Drum, charger and DV. Checked the gear attached to the belt, and it seems ok.
Replaced secondary transfer belt, tested from bypass. We also switched the drum-units with cyan and no change.

Happens only on BK print/copy. Tried single color-printing (cyan/magenta) and the copy is ok.
Total counter 797.000 (color approx 50k).

Any hints?

Yes it does. Maybe it moves couple of millimeters, but that's all...

Forgot to write that we also tried to remove the shutter. But same result here as well.

Have you tried to stop the print before it reaches the fuser? Is the image present before it reaches the fuser?

No, we have not tested this yet. But we have replaced the drive unit with a new one (with motors and all). Got a L4-31 afterwards but that was due to a fan issue.
We put back the old cables as this machine has not been modified with the new fans.

Unfortunately it did not solve our problem. I can try checking this tomorrow, but do you think it's a heater problem?

I know you stated that you checked the primary transfer gear but I would try a different belt unit if you haven't already (didn't notice you saying this)!
