A client with an AR-337 had options on her screen showing a picture of the unit with the finisher on the left, the extra paper trays below, and the big roll-around aux paper tray on the right. Windows XP regular 32-bit. Clicking on each part of the picture let her control options for that part.
She accidentally deleted the printer from her printers folder. I restored it by reinstalling the driver. But damned if I can figure out how to get those options to show again.
The picture on her screen just shows the basic copier with no options installed.
I downloaded the latest from Sharp, no difference. Has anyone run into this? I have had this problem with a Ricoh but it was as simple as going into the Advanced tab on the driver and telling it which options were installed, then those options appeared on the basic screen. There is no advanced options on the Sharp driver from what I can tell.
