    MX-503U Usb Port Not working.

    Hi guys,

    suddenly my frontal MX.503U USB Port stopped working, asking me to re-install drivers.
    I checked lcd panel, and "standard driver" is selected.
    Do you think firmware upgrade is a solution?

      Located in the upper left corner of the MFP PWB are 2 dip switches, the lower of which controls the front USB port. When set to OFF, the front USB port works, and likewise when set to ON, the front USB port is disabled.

      I'd suggest checking these 2 dip switches to see if it was disabled.

          dip-switches were in wrong positiion.
