We have a Sharp AR-M550N we are scanning to folders with via Sharpdesk 3.3 through the ADF. When they pull up the scan on the PC and re-print it there is a line on the left side from top to bottom. This line never occurs when making a copy and when the scan is reprinted the overall image is smaller than a copy/original.

Did this just start happening? What does their condition settings show when they scan? Does it also happen if it is scanned off of the platen glass? A couple of things to check. You can go into system settings and check what the default scan setting are (they might be set to something other than default). Also check your sim 50 default setting for scan. Does it have latest firmware?
