Hi
I have a sharp mx-2600n at work and I recently joined the machine to the network. Does anyone know how to change a user number or delete a user?

How can I send print jobs to the mfp and they are only printed when the user inputs their user number?

Log in as admin in the copier's web page, go to User Control to add, delete, or modify users.
In the print driver preferences, go to Job Handling and put a check mark in the Retention box and enter a password. The print jobs will hold until that password is entered at the copier.
