How can I import active directory users into the mx-2600n copier. I installed the drivers on my computer but the copier is not printing the job any solutions?

Can I have users change their user number after first use of the account?

you CANNOT import AD users into the address book. There is a bulletin out that addresses this issue but you will need some cooperation on the customer's end to make it work. Check TT-20352. Good luck.
