MX-3501 Have to keep resetting the ip

Hi folks,
I posted this problem a few weeks ago. The customer has to reconnect the copier (through the scanner tool) everyday. Someone had suggested making sure the DHCP was turned off. I varified that it is turned off. They were not having this problem with the AR-M355 that this machine replaced. Thanks for any help.

What version of Sharpdesk are you using? Had a similar problem recently and had to upgrade them to version 3.3 and that took care of it. Your previous post didn't say!

You can get it easy from Sharp IDNC site if you are a dealer. There are a couple of places that you can get it from on line. Try Simple Office Solutions website. I believe they have a working link.

Any Sharpdesk serial number for version 3.0 or later will work on version 3.3.
