Trouble with printing images in pdf files.

I have a Sharp AR-810 with GA1140. I just bought it used and can't figure out how to make the copier print embedded pictures in pdf files. The text prints great but the pictures are blank. I tried looking for a setting to enable this but can't seem to find out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

acrobat reader version 8 and above need the 'print as image' box ticked in advanced print options. earlier versions always worked, but from version 8 onwards, this box needs a tick in it if any data is missing or corrupted. this is not a problem with the machine. its an acrobat issue. seen it many times now. customers upgrade their acrobat reader, then their prints dont work properly. this tick box option is the fix for your problem.

I can't seem to change the cassette type to LG on the tandem LCM. Is it possible?

          G'day mate,
Glad the acrobat issue worked out.
We dont use Legal size paper here in Australia, so cannot help with this one. They usually change between A4 and Letter here.
Try your user manuals if you have them.

Mr Spock is right as usual

I looked on the user manual and it only holds A4 or LT paper size. Thanks for all your help.
