I have one that gets code 90% of the time when USB scanning. We have replaced ccd and updated firmware multiple times. Anyone know if the copylamp voltage can be increased or any other fixes. Thanks.

Clean and lubricate the scanner rail. Also check your white reference strip underneath the glass. -

I think there was a tech tip on this along with a firmware upgrade that corrected the code popping up.Evil will always triumph because good is dumb.Comment

Performed bulletin. Just replaced copy lamp, reflectors and white sheets. Did a white ref adjustment. before it was 167 and was getting error now its 181 no error. has been working now for 3 days with no more errors. Copy lamp looked a little burnt on the ends. Thats were I'm putting my money.Comment
