    Arm 205

    Could xomeone please tell me how to get into service mode? I am at the customers
    office now. I put in a new fuser and worked but after a little while it popped
    a code h4 00.

          Thanks zootech, that worked. Turned out the lamp on the new fuser was cracked and blew out.
