Hi all
I have a mx3100 with a mx-fnx9 when sending jobs it will only prints one job at a time after printing it asks for the paper to be remove from the
offset tray before it starts the next job . is there a setting somewhere to stop this . thanks

I have had a similar one on an mx3110 internal finisher, the connector for the output tray paper present sensor was connected wrong from the factory. It would trigger the sensor but would not change state back after the paper was removed. I reseated it correctly and all was good.
