I have one that I'm trying to USB print and scan on Windows 7 32 bit. No problem printing but it says inceficient memory and no scan. It will preview. Tried loading on an older XP pro machine and it will scan but only in TIFF format and only if I aquire from sharpdesk. Any one know how to install on Windows 7? Please help!

Update. loaded on a second win 7 machine and get same error inceficient memory. loaded on a second xp machine and all works. printing works fine on both types. is it possible that this machine can't scan on win 7? -

Are you using Button Manager? i have had issues with button manager on Windows 7. Check idnc for the latest version.Comment

Stupid Windows 7 will not load a driver unless it is certified. Scanner driver 1.0.0.34 is old and will not work on win 7. Had to update driver manually to 1.0.0.35 which is not certified. Now working fine.Comment
