Another funny print issue in mx-2300

Good night friends

I m again, another funny print issue.
I have a mx 2300n that when i print a picture all colors print good, and all that is black was forgotten??
-Well, this happens only with the pcl5 and 6 drivers, with the driver PS print ok??
-in copy do not have any problem
-Of corse the copier as .the latest firmware, and i try with the latest drives to.
-I try to in another copier with the same firmware and with the same drivers, and no problem.

someone as any idea, or had this issue?

Had something similar and changed the graphics mode from vector to raster in the printing preference - advanced tab to get the black to print properly. Slows the machine way down when printing! Was on an MX2300 using PCL 6 and printing pictures from a 4 megapixel sony camera, machine has just the standard memory that comes with it.

Bil.. thanks about your coment, monday i go to try.

But my confuse is because i try in another similar copier, with the same firmware , options
drives and the same picture, and no problem, i do not understand?

for exemple i am testing using a image that cames in default in the w7 with the name "desert", all that is blak in this image was miss.

I can't really tell you why it worked on this copier and my solution may not be the correct one for you. I did not try to print the image on another MX2300 as we only have a few of these and none close together. Our problem was only on certain image files that the client wished to print not all color prints or images. Do you have a scanned image for us to look at?

Bill, y test the copier with a image that you can get it, in a default images, in w7, or w vista, with
the name (desert).
But, i tested to another another mx 2300 and no problem.

does it print from laptop or other pc?

If i sent the image to a usb drive, and print directly, prints very good

from anothers pcs, or S.O. gives the same error.

usb prinst perfect= no drivers involved

1-delete current drivers reinstall the latest ones
2-on the mfp pwb reseat all memory modules and flash roms +eeproms

well, i do not understand why???? but i already fix the issue using an old version pcl5/pcl6 drive from 2007.
with this drive the copier prints good, with the news latest drives do not work.

I am confused because i have anothers mx2300/2700, that work good with the latest drives!!!!!!!!: Confuso:
