[Error Code] F1-15 Code on MX-FNX2 Even After Parts Replaced

[MFPs R Now PCs]

We have a Sharp MX-4501N with finisher MX-FNX2 attached coding out with F1-15.

We replaced the finisher PWB, tray lift motor, sensor (RPM) for the lift motor and the belt and it still codes out with F1-15.

Anyone know the fix for the F1-15 codes ?

I too have 2 of these Color 4501's in the shop that I recently got from one of my wholesalers that code out F1-15. I do have the service and parts manuals, although I don't have much experience with this particular box. I bought the machines both in running condition, no codes... So I don't really know what I'm looking for to get rid of the code, all finisher operations work in sim., its not a failure of what the manual says because both were known running finishers and both code out the same, what am I missing here in hooking these up ??? I plugged the 2 cables in, latched fn to machine, what else is there ?
