    [Misc] observation

I have noticed alot of threads on here where people don't have a part or service manual. If you are a technician for a sharp dealer then you should be able to download from IDNC or sharpnet(for older machines) if not in the archived machines in IDNC. Or are dealerships too cheep to pay for those sites uses. just curious.

There are a lot of independent dealers here and everywhere else who have no source for service and parts manuals. That's where I come in. I sell Parts & Service manuals at a very reasonable price and my customers can download them immediately. My site doesn't discriminate between a tech or end user. Lots of end users buy my manuals thinking they'll save on a service call. But most likely they'll fuck up their machines even more and then they'll have to pay even more cause the tech will know they fucked with it. This is why I don't feel guilty selling to end users. I'm actually good for the industry.
I used to work in the field as a printer tech, I am certified on HP, Lexmark and Xerox Phasers, I got downsized after 9/11 and couldn't find a job so I got the idea for this business. I have the largest collection of Printer-Copier & Fax manuals on the net and my customer service is 2nd to none. I take care of my customers.
