Can't scan SharpDesk 3.3 to a MacBook Pro

Sorry guys, but I know NOTHING about scanning to Macs, or much about macs for that matter. Is it even possible to scan to a MacBook Pro? If so....Help, PLEASE. Thanks

Yes you can with sharp desk if the mac is running parallels with windows on it . Or you can do direct smb, I don't have the instructions handy right now but can get them ..

Do you really need sharpdesk or are you happy as long as you can recieve the scanned files?

You could scan to email or ftp I setup ftp using a guide I found on here before but cant find right now sorry

Agree with sharphead here. Scan to email is the easiest! Scan to a folder depends on which Mac OS X they are running. 10.5 and lower sets up one way and 10.6 and above sets up another way. do you know which operating system they have?

From my experience Mac's have a built in FTP server and Sharpdesk won't work.
