Hi does anyone know if and how you change the frequency of the email alert messages. We are very new to Sharp and are still getting to grips with the kit. We have a MX2610n and it is sending us alert emails stating that it requires a TA maintenance, this is all well and good and we have the machine booked in for service but we are getting 20 plus of these emails a day from the same machine sometimes no more then a few moments apart and it's driving us mad. I'm guessing it is sending an email whenever it comes out of sleep mode? I was hoping their was a way to reduce the number of emails, say tell the machine to send one every 12 hrs or so. If anyone could offer any help with this it would be much appreciated.
