My customer wants to assign user codes so his employees have to log in to the machine in order to print and copy. If anyone can tell me how I can set this up on this machine your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

On the web page, or the settings menu, under "User Control". The rest from there is laid out in plain English and is essentially idiot proof.
I say essentially because if you make it idiot proof, they'll only make a better idiot.
