    H2-00 (AR-5127)

Can someone tell me the program mode in order to reset the H2-00 code. I can't remember if #, *,C, * (simulation 14) is the exact program mode for this machine. It's been 5 years that I handled this kind of machine. Is there also program mode which blocks the user to enter the program mode? Thanks!

You have to reset fuser errors with simulation 14. Press P * C * then 14 then Start. If not then replace the fuser.
SM 5-1 should turn the lamp on. If lamp blinks on and off it is the thermistor, if it does not it is the lamp, but check the contacts on the lamp/fuser -- they have been known to erode.
Also check thermal fuse, if defective replace.

I tried it but I am not able to get into to the program mode. I thought it was blocked by the other technician. In fact, the only problem of the machine is jamming. I removed the fuser to check the fusing drive gear if it is still good. When I put it back the fusing connector got loose that is why it showed H2-00.I know that it has to be reset only but I was unable to enter into the program mode.
