[Jamming] Sharp MX M283N Paper jamming

Need Help. I'm having this problem on Sharp MX M283N. Paper is jamming frequently on Tray 1 with A4 Crosswise paper only! If i put a different paper size or A4 portrait, the machine will work smoothly without paper jamming. Machine has made 700,000 + copies.

First iI assume you have replaced feed rollers. You may want to flash the firmware, and replaced the clutch unit that picks paper up from the trays. Also What jam code are you getting.

Did you fix this problem? If not replace the lower fuser roller. I know it sounds weird but I had one that would feed from other trays fine and would feed larger paper fine but tray 1 with 8 1/2" x 11" would jam every time. Problem was the lower fuser roller shrinks a little and throws off the timing (I'm guessing about the timing)
