    sharp ar-m451n issue

    hi, friends.

    I have an ar-m451n, that when the copier jams, and i must open the left or front door, for take out the jam paper, when i close the door again, the copier stay for a few time sayng "close the door", crash, and reboot???
    Sometimes, if i open the door, and take out the toner box, and put again hapned the same issue.

    Anyone had this issue??

      From the description, I would start with the door interlocks/switches.

          hi
          please try reflash the firmware

          then reformat the h.drive or replace

          then check your memmory + flash roms if seated correctly or faulty

          but first of all check main charge for arcing or replace drum unit

              Check your 24 VDC to the interlock/door switch, may have a problem with your DCPS. When you print out a 22-6 are there any jam codes or trouble codes listed?

                      I would guess that DCPS = DC Power Supply

                              dingo, i got one ar-m351u with same problem as you mention above. Finally，i found the ps-roller unit grounding problem(spring missing)
