MXM850 "failed to print" message

Have an MXM850 that recently started throwing this message. Interesting part is the document still prints. Happens on multiple computers using file retention and direct printing features. Also happens using different applications. Have reset the NIC, re-installed drivers, updated ROMs, checked network connect speeds <1ms with no hiccups. Has anyone come across this before? I am thinking that it might be a hard drive that is starting to fail (just a shot in the dark here). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Is there any error messages in the history? What about the 22-6. Can you provide this?

No error messages in the job log or with 22-6. Their IT guy and I worked on it some more today but still throwing random failed to print messages. He is now leaning toward some possible type of server issue (he mentioned non-recursive DNS problem causing a packet storm randomly on the network). Still an issue but he will keep me informed if I need to doing anything else!

OK well good luck. Hopefully they can resolve the problem on the network side.
