Ive got a customer with call service u210 and was wondering if someone could advise how to clear it. dont know much about sharp copiers mostly work with panasonics and olivetti. ive looked into it and it says use sim 16 to cancel u2 trouble how do you do this any help would be great.

* Entering the simulation mode
1) Copy mode key ON then press the buttons in the following sequense
Program key ON, then Asterisk (*) key
ON
then CLEAR key ON → Asterisk (*) key ON Ready for
input of a main code of simulation
