    MXM260 Sensor Problem?

    hello guys, i visited a client today that says "Remove paper from center tray"however when i got there the MFP was working, i did get a pic from the operation panel off the error that the client saw, please check attached.can anyone tell me if they saw this problem before?thanks in advance.

      Check the exit tray of the machine. There is an exit sensor actuator that can get caught in the up position and will give that exact message.

          you were right mojo, the MFP was in the shop for repairs a couple off mths ago and the Sensor was not plugged back in after removing the Center tray,thanks again.

            All Sharps without an inner finisher do this....
