I changed the 2nd transfert hv pwb and the day after the copier pop up a C4-00 ,i changed the ptc but the prob. remains,so i had to desactivated the ptc as it says in manual with soft sw 55, the input voltage of the pwb is ok ,does anyone seen this ?

Did you run ADJ 8 when you changed the HV pwb? Check the connector on the rear frame. TT-20343 states that the rear PTC connector can come loose and cause intermittent C4-00. Try crimping the connector.
