[Error Code] MX-M363N

I have a MX-M363N machine which is showing CLOSE THE UPPER RIGHT SIDE COVER error. Machine does not have any exit trays. When i check through simulation 30-01. POD2, DSW_R, DSW_F & TNF are highlighted. Machine is almost new. What could be the reasons for that. Kindly suggest me the possibilities.
