Sharp AR M355N set to automatically receive faxes but will not, only manual reception

All the setting seem correct for auto receive but each a fax comes in the client has to step over and hit a button. Got a new computer apparently, but not sure how that should make it so the fax cannot auto receive.

Has anyone else ever had this problem and and any solutions?

    Thanks much!

Only problem i had with that fax kit was the memory would slowly dwindle down. The machine would not delete the faxes after printing them. Formating the hard drive fixed that problem (make sure you backup address book and document filing on the webpage first). You could try doing a 66-2 resetting the fax software switches and try clearing the image memory with 66-10. Does the machine have the extra fax memory installed? Bad memory will make it do all sorts of funny things.
Evil will always triumph because good is dumb.

Thank you much, this did the trick! Running the 66-2 got the fax back whipped into shape.
