OCR conversion failing on windows

I dont be using sharpdesk that much to be honest I dont think many customers use the OCR function one lady who does has to new computers on windows 7 that scan fine but wont convert to OCR, does any one have any idea on this

What version of Sharpdesk? Been using version 3.3 on Windows7 without any problems.

yeah running 3.3 of a new disc bit confused scans fine just the ocr conversion thats the problem

Converting tiff's or pdf's or both and to what format (word, wordperfect, etc)?

Thanks for swift reply Bil,

Called in to check its not converting pdf of tiff to any of the output options not even text pdf uninstalled and reinstalled using v3.3 disc and v3.31 download of tech.sharp but it made no difference
