[Misc] MX-M753 w/FN14 shooting and throwing pages intermittently from finisher

I have been out to this customers office multiple times and can never duplicate this issue of pages shooting out of the finisher. They also complain that it will also throw pages when in offset mode. If anyone has a fix for this or has seen this before please help!

I had this one a few weeks back.
The exit gate has 2 white bushing that hold the upper exit rollers. One of them turned inside the cover and kept the front exit roller from making contact while the rear and center made contact. There was also a stutter in the up/down motion of the exit gate. I ended up bending the upper limit sensor bracket down a little bit to hit the actuator fully; stutter gone. You can test this in SIM 3.

If you pull out the staple cartridge and there are folded staples on top of it, this is the same fix.
