[Electrical] Copier reboots after pressing "image send" key?

Anyone ever seen this before, pressing the "image send" key causes to copier to reboot.
Thinking control panel/keypad on this, just wondering if it could be something else.
Tech in the field reports everything else working fine.

there is probably a short in the display board...i would recommend replacing it.
Also, make sure the machine is on a dedicated outlet, could be a power draw issue.
