    MXM363N desk unit Problem

    heya guys, one of my clients has a MXM363N, that has a MX-DEX8 [extra Cassette Tray 500sheet]when the client puts paper in the tray the message we get on the operation panel is"Tray 3 is Ready To Open"i have no idea what that means, also i had another cassette tray installed to see if that was the problem, the problem seem to be coming from the desk unit, but i am not sure, sensors snd stuff look to be ok inside the desk unit, can someone help me please?

      Try downloading the mxdex8 firmware for your specific model. I have had weird issues using the complete engine firmware as the only update method. Run 49-01 and update only the dex8 firmware.

        Also, try re-seating the connection to the DEX8, usually resolves the U6-00 errors I've gotten in the past.
