MX-623U and usb printing

hello guys, i recently tried printing via usb to a MX623U using a laptop and usb cable without luck, the drivers installed and printer shows up, however when i print i can here the machine communicating when i send a print, but it just wont print anything.any idea's? do i need to enable the usb port on MXM623U?hanks in advance.

i dont think you can print
you need to install printer expansion kit first

are you guys sure about this information?the client also has a MX550U and prints via usb with it.thanks again

nope, authentication is off, dont know if that would affect it, thanks
