sharp arm 550 fax problem when recieving

Have a problem that has us scratching our heads. Customer can recieve fax's from our office and other locations but can not recieve from there other two locations in town. I can transmit to there other locations but not recieve. We have turned off ecm on recieving machine. Data light turns on hand shake starts then stops. Number of rings for answering is set at 2. Thanks

Verify you are using the 2 line phone cable which comes with the fax kit. You can also flush out the memory with SIM 66-10.

Thanks mojorolla. The fax machines at there other locations had to be programed to accept fax's from the new machine. THANKS
