Looking for second opinion on this call I had today. Getting what I call are some bar code like images when using doc feed or off the glass. Internal prints are fine. These lines seem to be in same spots on the page. Ordered dimm memory and Ccd as backup after talking to sharp support. Thanks for reading!

Go into SIM 63-1 and look at the gain readings. If they are below 10, the problem is the CCD. As for memory, you can test with SIM 60.
