I'd check your charge units, more than likely the screen grids have a greenish buildup on them. Just replace them, cleaning can be 50/50 success rate. I try to clean them once only, if that fails, instant replacement.

Yeah, that is what I would have done onsite. I actually have a really good success rate with cleaning the grids. We see a LOT of that build up here in Ohio. I just don't normally see quite so many lines and have the problem be quite so sporadic (after 100 sets compared to typically every page or every other page with a M/C issue)). The other issue is the Magenta does almost the exact same issue and it jumps back and forth. I could see 2 M/C units starting to go bad together, but to exhibit the same problem and to this degree (typically I see anywhere from 1-6 lines or so), not a full page of line AND that much background color noise (like the bottom of the page)

I might have understated my success rate, usually I use some 200 grit sandpaper pinched between my fingers and pull the grid through the pinch a few times, then a towel and some belt cleaner pinched again, then a dry pass with a clean towel. I guess ive only been cleaning them 50% and replacing the other 50% with out cleaning. When the buildup gets extreme it can nearly cover the whole page. And can come and go depending on the machines current auto adj.
