hi guys,i have my machine which is showing toner sign and f2-04,does any1 have an idea how to get into service mode,may be if the toner sign is solid sometimes needs to reset.please help im stranded.

F2. 04. Improper cartridge (destination error, life cycle error) .
I don't know this machine, but i believe the toshiba e161 is built in a very similar way. Are you sure you inserted the cartridge properly and the machine is driving the new toner in the developer station? Did you removed all seals on the cartridge? Is the toner led flashing or it stays on?Comment
