Sharp FO2018 won't receive and won't send memory TX

Won't auto answer from other phone lines.
When I try to memory TX I get memory full no TX.
Ran memory check and can dial out manually.
Is there a hard reset to take it back to factory settings?

If it's like the F2080, TC 66-2 will reset memory to default and TC 66-10 will clear image memory. And as always, use the 2 wire phone line cable.
