F1-02 on Jupitor machine

Evening all, Could someone plz point me in the correct direction on this code, The code appears regularly on two of our machines.
both have FN6 finishers and reset no problem, but will bounce after about two weeks, unfortunately as you know seeing whats going on in this finisher is almost impossible, any pointers would be of great help.

Transport motor (Main Motor) error. The transport rollers may be gumming or dirty causing a drag on the MM, the MM may be defective, the finisher pwb might be going out, or the bearings for the rollers might be dirty.
You can pull the finisher off the machine and set it on your vacuum (with it still plugged in) to watch whats going on in TC 3 load tests.
