Main Program Error

On Sharp MX-2600N, I replaces the hard drive with the new 80GB one, and now I see "Main program error". I gather that there is a energency boot program to fix this/ Is it true, or the machine is trash?

after replaced hard drive, you need to upload firmware.because for this model, the hard drive got main firmware files
