    MX-M350 Jamming

Paper starts to exit before reversing to go to the finisher. Small buckle in sheet starts about 3" from lead edge. Jam code is AINPD_S. If I disable the finisher and exit to the center tray it runs fine. No jams. ??? Thanks for any help.

Think I answered my own question. I found the jam code list in the manual. It points to the ADU paper entrance sensor, paper remaining. Makes sense since the paper needs to pass through the duplexer to get to the finisher even if no duplex copy is made. It must be Monday.

Yes, that sensor did take care of the problem.

Thanks for the help manuals4you. Nice plug but you may have notice that I already have the manual.

sluggish for the ainpd sensor. try to lubricate lever sensor and modify (bend) the spring and make it stronger.
