[Misc] Sharp Mxb201d fax

Sharp MX-b201d Customer use it with distinctive ring (fax,telephone + modem on the same line)
the line status will stay on randomly, the telephone and modem will work ok but the fax won't be able to receive or send ,have to switch off-on to bring it back to work

Any suggestions will be more than welcome
