hello guys i have a client that purchased an MXM200D MFP from one of the vendors where i live in the caribbean islands,the client called and told me that they cannot scan anymore, upon investigation, i noticed the MFP was in Demo Scan mode and it did 500 + scans,is there a simulation to reset the scans back to zero again?also is there a procedure to apply for a product key for the scanning kit on sharp-idnc?thanks alot hope i can get some feedback on this soon.

Once the demo scan hits the limit, that's it. It's a limit for a reason. I'm not sure of the procedure on how to procure one, though I have my doubts if it is available through IDNC.Cthulhu for president! Why settle for the lesser evil? -
