    Demo Scan reached its limit

hello guys i have a client that purchased an MXM200D MFP from one of the vendors where i live in the caribbean islands, the client called and told me that they cannot scan anymore, upon investigation, i noticed the MFP was in Demo Scan mode and it did 500 + scans,is there a simulation to reset the scans back to zero again?also is there a procedure to apply for a product key for the scanning kit on sharp-idnc?thanks alot hope i can get some feedback on this soon.

Once the demo scan hits the limit, that's it. It's a limit for a reason. I'm not sure of the procedure on how to procure one, though I have my doubts if it is available through IDNC.

You can get it through the Sharp B2B portal, I'm sure there are other places but that's where we normally go when a client wants to upgrade. There is a Soft Key central in the IDNC web site that might have what you are looking for. Haven't used it yet so can't say for sure.

      Good luck.

Good to know, not sure if I have access to the B2B portal, but at any rate it's a sales issue here. If I were to get commission on a sale of an accessory however... Then it might be a different story, but who are we kidding?

We purchase the options on B2B and then activate them at this site:

          dse-pub.sharp.cp.jp/key/

You need a user name and password to use this method though.
