hI friends
i have a ar-m451n that when is making some work, print, copy scan, if the costumer open the front o left door, the copier reboot.
someone as sometime this issue?

hi
firstly tell the customer not to open doors while the mfp is running

ok now to the bussines end

check and reseat any memmory modules
reformat the h.disk
reflash the flimware
and check for any hi-voltage arcing isue like a badly worn drum

Hi friends

The issue was solved, was the "count bytes lpr" in the print drive, when is enable, the copier take more time for print.

I post here the solution, may be usefull for someone else.

sorry, of corse my previus comment isn't for this post, i only saw the error know.
Of corse the issue in this post is not soolved, and i post what i already do:

-i changed the main, and print board, and hdd and memories.
-i changed to, the main power suply
-i changed the ful drum unit.
-i changed the left door
-the transfer and charge unit.
-full ps roller unit
-of corse the firmware is updated witj the last version.
-
i do not know what i can do more, because the issue stay there.
The copier is in stand by ready to copy, or stop becuase jam and so, when the door is open freeze and rebbot.

e7-90 can come from corrupted PCU flash ROM

In the AR-M355 the HVT was changed due to E7-90 and machine turning off and on

tthe problem was a bad htv board.

know i m tryng repair them because in my country is very expensive.
