I keep getting a pod2_N. Customer states it only happens when they run a big job. I replaced paper exit lower pg unit and Paper exit upper pg unit.

Check the ADU guides at the top of the top right door. They are spring loaded and if they are in the wrong position the paper will not be guided properly into the delivery unit. I have had customers break these guides when clearing jams and being rough with the machine. I have also had the springs knocked off of them by the customer.
