If you have a C-Jupiter that looses Y then M then C while printing and/or copying.
You will need to replace the main drive unit.
What is happening is the shaft that goes through the color 1st transfer extend/retract clutch is not right. The E-clip on the back side (towards front of Imager) is eating away at the shaft and will eventually fall off. When it's loose the clutch will press against the drive unit frame and engage itsself causing the transfer rollers to retract. Slowly at first and after troubleshooting for a while it gets quicker.
I got my rear kicked on this (ONCE) and have seen it on 4 occasions now all at about 400,000 copies. Been sending the units back to sharp so hopefully they can get it straightened out.
Hope this helps keep others from banging their heads against the wall like I did.
